Commitment to Maximize Your Web Presence

All new Sites by Sara client websites will be SEO optimized as part of a full-service web presence package. Having your site search engine optimized means that people will be able to find your website when they search for relevant keywords/search terms. Sites by Sara does offer additional search engine and marketing campaigns for clients wishing to dominate their industry’s search results. Learn more>>

Content Update Service Fees
Sites by Sara is committed to fulfilling clients’ website needs in a timely and professional manner. Clients will need to adhere to the following terms which will ensure a quick turnaround time and superior support. Sites by Sara charges a $25 updates service fee for all requests. Clients are strongly encouraged to bundle several updates into one request. Regular hourly rates apply.

Word Press Security Updates
Clients who’ve opted to have a Content Management System setup by Sites by Sara are strongly encouraged to protect their investment by keeping up with the latest security updates.  Sites by Sara offers maintenance contracts for clients who prefer to pay a professional to handle the security updates. A maintenece contract is not required, however it is strongly encouraged. Learn more>>

New Clients
New clients are entitled to a free 30 minute initial consultation. Clients are encouraged to fill out the Pre-Consult Questionnaire in order to maximize the consultations.

Estimates
Sites by Sara will provide you with a detailed estimate which spells out in writing exactly what will be built for how much money, and provide a firm deadline by which the work will be completed. Partial payments should be made as specific milestones are reached and approved. Once an estimate is approved, a contract will be issued.

Setup fees
There is a flat $25 setup fee to access & download the pre-existing website from the web host or to register a new domain and access the web host to obtain ftp access for new clients.

Cancellation of Services
A 30% non-refundable cancellation fee applies to any orders cancelled without cause. If you would like to maintain your design a $50.00 cancellation fee is required. The client is provided all the account details and information neccessary to access domain, hosting, CMS console and ftp, where necessary. The design and template/theme is yours to maintain and use as you wish.

Payment Means
Unless otherwise stated, a 50% down-payment is due upon signing a contract, and 50% when the web pages have been constructed according to the estimate’s original written specifications. Sites by Sara gladly accepts payments for packages or maintenance fees billed via Paypal. (Paypal ID is  sara.lambrinos@gmail.com.) I also accept personal checks and money orders. Credit Card payments are accepted via paypal.

Payment Terms
Terms:  Final payment in full is due within net 30 days. Accounts not paid within 30 days are subject to a 5% monthly finance charge.  (For example, if you owe Sites by Sara $1,000 and you are late making this payment, you will be charged an extra $50 [ 5%  of $1,000] for every month your payment is late.  So please just pay on time, I hate to ever have to charge a late fee. Thanks.

ETD & Rush Delivery
Average jobs take between 4-6 weeks to complete. Any job requiring completion sooner than that will be subject to a 15% rush fee to overall total cost.

Outside Vendors
Clients are responsible for paying all of the web hosting, domain name registration, SSL license and merchant account fees.

Hourly rates
All hands-on Web Dev (design, development, email account setup, etc), as well as any face-to-face consultations, training sessions, SEO and SEM consulting is $85/hr. Sites by Sara is glad to meet with clients within the Salt Lake metropolitan area, however Sites by Sara does charge for travel time exceeding 15 miles/20 minutes one-way.
